Scientists and engineers are always searching for alternate ways to produce gasoline. Well, now they found one….. Cow Farts. Apparently, cow farts have a high level of methane which is transferred into a liquid form to be used as gasoline. In other words, if you are anywhere near a cow when it farts, God help you!
Imagine you filling your car up with what was once cow fart:) Well, as long as the car runs… who cares, right? Check out the article for details.

Since I am house music freak, I created a new page where I have a list of my favorite DJs with links to their official sites. On top of the list is Tiesto cos he has always been my favorite. For now, there are only 9 DJs but trust me, there are way more. If you are into house, check out the new page by clicking here or in the list on the left under “pages”. And if you’re not, I suggest you start listening to it cos you will get addicted. The people I got addicted to house so far are Ananyah, Noush, and Maze. Long live House!!!

After a long exhausting day, all you want to do is crash. But if you decide to have something to eat or drink you might end up not sleeping all night, depending on what you choose to have.
The foods that are most likely to keep you tossing and turning.
- Caffeine.
- Alcohol.
- Fatty foods.
- Spicy foods.
- Artificial sweeteners.
So if you decide to have something before sleeping, try sticking to these choices:
- Milk.
- Complex carbohydrates like beans, nuts, seeds, apples, pears, and berries.
- Vitamin B6 found in turkey, chicken, spinach, whole grains and seafood.
- Vitamin B12 in animal-derived products like eggs and dairy foods.
- Magnesium-rich foods like leafy green vegetables, whole grains, and almonds.
Personally, when I’m sleepy nothing can keep me awake. But, just in case, I stop food at 7:00 p.m. and coffee two hours before sleeping. If you want to know more details, check out the article.

A few weeks ago, I find out that I got two tickets for speeding and one for passing a red light. I admit I do speed and was caught by camera a few times, but never EVER did I pass a red light. I was fined a 100 KD and my license was to be revoked for a month. I was ok with the fine but my license revoked?!? I know that is the new law but the least they could do is allow me to challenge it. I had someone from my side go and ask if we could see the picture of the camera that caught me and they refused. There was nothing I could do, and if I were to be stopped at a checkpoint or had any other contact with the police, my license would be taken on the spot and my car towed. So I spoke to a friend who knows a friend who might be able to help and I spent the last few weeks taking alleys and avoiding any place there could be a checkpoint. Last night, I finally got word that they will settle for the 100KD fine and let me off the hook this time. But I still insist that I didnt cross a red light! People should be allowed to challenge traffic tickets. This has been happening often lately, people get fined for crossing a red light and I know their max speed doesnt exceed 90km/h. Make you wonder!

The Nintendo Wii hit the European market and within 12 hours, 50,000 units were sold which is a more than one unit per second. Also, in November, Nintendo sold 476,000 units, which is more than double compared to PlayStation 3 units, who sold only 197.000 units. PlayStation 3 was launched in United States in November 17, and Nintendo Wii in November 19. During November, Microsoft sold 511,000 units of its Xbox 360. Looks like the X-box has the lead so far, but the Wii is catching up! Insane!! {More}

For months I have been getting these emails from African countries about wanting to deposit a million dollars in my account for a short time and I get a certain percentage of it, but I will have to pay a certain amount for banking fees, usually $800. Ofcourse I never went for them, and deleted them all after replying to them “go screw yourself”. Watch them getting busted in Nigeria.

There were more than 1 and a half million people gathered up in Riad El Solh and downtown Beirut yesterday. I was watching it on TV and it was like looking at an ocean of people with some buildings sticking out. People were coming in from all over Lebanon to join the demonstration to topple Seniora’a government. Saad Al Harriri and his March 14 coalition also organized a demonstration in Tripoli that included thousands of people but were nothing compared to the opposition. Seniora said he is open to dialogue when he saw this huge protest. Lets just hope something good comes from another session of “dialogue” cos the protesters are demanding more power for the opposition. Hezbollah has threatened to bring down the government if it doesn’t get a better deal.

The sky is full of water saturated clouds as I write this and this morning on my way to work it was raining softly and the temperature dropped to 10 degrees. Although it was pretty cold, I must admit I love this weather. Some people might define it as gloomy and depressing, I categorize it as soothing. With rain and the cool weather I feel more at ease and relaxed. Ofcourse, for some reason, most people drive worst than they on normal days so I have to be twice as careful from reckless drivers. This day is only the beginning, soon it will be raining cats and dogs and that, I dont like especially that in Kuwait, the sewage system isnt that great and all the streets end up flooding and you have to hop your way across the roads. So far, am loving it
