BREAKING NEWS: Just got this message from Kuwait.me that His Highness the Amir has accepted the resignation of the government and reappointed Sheikh Nasser al-Mohammad al-Sabah as prime minister. There is no reference I can link to this except for the Kuwait.me discussion board going on.

Thousands of people are being evacuated from high-rise towers in Dubai after an earthquake tremor hit Dubai today. These tremors are from a 6.2 quake that hit Iran and spread to Dubai. After Nabih Berri presented his “gift” of dismantling all tents in downtown beirut, the people in Lebanon, and outside, were all congratulating one another. Within an hour, pickup trucks were removing all tents and supplies from the area. What a beautiful site that was!
